The Law Office of Azam Nizamuddin, P.C. is a full service law firm which provides legal services in a variety of areas including:

We manage and advise all of our clients who range from individuals, partnerships, and corporations.  We provide top quality professional legal service at a competitive price.  Our attorneys have extensive experience representing individual and business clients in both federal and State courts including in Cook, DuPage, Lake, and Will Counties.

Our focus is on our clients. We are committed to serving our clients to achieve positive and satisfying results. Consequently, most of our clients are based on personal referrals. We do very little advertising because we believe in a long term relationship with our clients for purposes of providing them with all of their legal needs.

We have successfully defended individual clients against multi-national corporations and successfully defended corporate employers against tort or discrimination claims. We have also won numerous bench trials in complex shareholder disputes and those involving not-for-profit corporations.

For some clients, a simple consultation is all that is needed. We work hard to determine the best legal solutions to fit our clients’ needs. Depending on the particular facts, we sometimes take cases on a contingent-fee basis, which means that our clients don’t pay any attorneys’ fees unless we obtain a positive result.
